Our goal is to capture multiples directly from the M&A market — from the people quoting, negotiating and closing them — rather than waiting for them to surface in a survey two quarters later. Every approved submission tightens a band and sharpens its grade. That only works if the people submitting are who they say they are, which is why contribution is by application.
What we approve on
You sit inside the deal
You price, negotiate, diligence or advise on private transactions — not aggregate them from a screen. Role and seat matter more than seniority.
You have live flow
At least a handful of closed or seriously-negotiated deals in the last twelve months, or a track record we can place from your firm and title.
You can be located
A working firm email and a public profile or firm page. We check the two match before approving anything.
You submit what you can stand behind
Multiples you personally observed, at a size band and sector you actually cover. No secondhand rumours, no rounded-up war stories.
You respect confidentiality
Never anything that identifies a counterparty, breaches an NDA, or discloses non-public terms you are not free to share. Bands and mechanics only.
Reviews are done by hand, usually within a few business days. Approved contributors get a diamond pin on every band they submit against; submissions stay private to your account until they are aggregated into a range.
